Job description:
• To co-ordinate and provide administrative support for the school’s Student Support and Services and Academic Team.
• To manage the student admissions and processing of all programmes through liaising with the academic departments.
• To assist with setting up school events, orientation, presentations and other activities.
• To handle telephone and email enquiries from prospective students and their guardians independently and in a timely and professional manner.
• To assist in following up student attendance and maintain proper student academic records in the school student management system and documents.
• To assist in administrating submissions of assignments and communicating academic results to student.
• Meeting arrangements, record of minutes’ meetings and the monitoring of action points arising from the meetings.
• Ability to use Microsoft office applications to generate reports and documents related for the student services and support.
• Any other duties as required by Head Department
• Fresh graduate will be considered.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
