As a receptionist it is your role to offer a warm and efficient welcome to our guests. The receptionist is the first point of contact for guests when they book rooms, for dinner and check in and their last point of contact when they leave; We want you to leave happy and satisfied, looking forward to your next visit. This role also involves the administration of each day to the hotel, which is ordering, emails, writing menus.
