- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to respective parties
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails
- Attend to walk-in visitors and guests
- Procurement of office stationeries and pantry supplies
- Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area
- GCE ‘O’ levels and above
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Pleasant disposition with positive working attitude
