Manage collections to ensure debts collected within shortest possible time.
Handling Inbound /Outbound calls.
Negotiate with Debtor for the outstanding payments.
Min GCE N / O level.
Excellent communication in English in both verbal and written.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Results oriented with good negotiation skills in a diplomatic manner
Able to work independently and communicate effectively with people of all levels and culture.
Must be computer literate.
Must be able to start work immediately.
Positive and willing to learn attitude.
Basic pay: $1600, upon confirmation: salary up to $2000 per month.
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm.
Alternate OT on Tues & Wednesday, 7pm-9pm
Working location: Redhill.
