Reports to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be working as an in-house recruitment agency responsible for talent sourcing of internal and external clients.
Requires to pitch and source for new clients of CMC’s talent placement services for the credit/debt management agency.
Manages the relationship between CMC and it’s clients in the talent placement services space.
Assists the Operations Manager in day to day HR matters if needed.
Minimum O Level/Diploma with 3 to 5 years of experience in a recruitment capacity
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must have a self-starter mindset with strong initiative
Sales experience is preferred but not compulsory
Ability to work with all levels of management including that of large MNCs
