We are currently looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to join us as:
Credit Recovery Specialists/Call Centre Agents
(basic + incentive based remuneration)
•Reporting to the Credit Recovery Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of our clients’ creditors
•To call and monitor delinquent accounts so as to ensure prompt recovery of outstanding debts/payments
•Manage and advise creditors on strategies/actions to facilitate effective credit recovery.
•Handle and resolve disputes and issues
•Adhere to protocols and compliance to ensure quality assurance and accuracy
•Assists the Team Manager in day to day matters if needed
• Minimum N/O Level with customer service or call center experience
• Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must have excellent customer service skills and be diplomatic
• Must be a team player with excellent positive mindset
• Must be a self-starter and be able to multi task
• Ability to work with all levels of management
• Industry experience is preferred but not compulsory
• Singapore citizen only.
