We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasksto ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Job Descriptions
• Answer and Manage all general office enquiries
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• providing support to our managers and employees,
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Maintain contact lists
• Provide general support to clients
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

What we are looking for:
• Minimum ‘ITE’ Level
• Possess at least 1 years of relevant experience
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoy working with people and engage them to align with company's policies
• Creative mindset
• Work in Ubi/ Tai Seng Area
• Working Hour: Monday to Friday 10 to 7pm
