Deal with suppliers, vendors and subcontractor
Assist in generating purchase orders
Generate Project costing report from purchase orders.
Filling / E-filing in server – MSDS, Certificate, Material Specification, brochures Assist in the filing of project documents and other correspondences materials
Set up meeting appointment for the Management Do minute of meeting
Any adhoc administrative duties as assigned
GCE 'N' Level and above
Good team player who is independent and self motivated
Must be able to do multitasking job
Proficient in MS Office
