Office Assistant and Data Entry Clerk.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Reconciles records, investigates transaction errors and resolves problems
• Files business documents and responds to vendor/customer inquiries
• Monitors and orders office supplies and other small purchases
• Fills in for other Data Entry Clerks as needed
• Arranges meetings; takes meeting minutes
• Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
• Strong customer service focus
• Accurate data entry, recordkeeping skills
• High School Diploma or General Educational
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with personal computer, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
