Roles and Responsibilities
• Friendly and Good Working Enviroment
• Data entry
• To manage and update accounts. (Invoices, Payments, etc)
• Handling of invoices, etc
• Documents Filing (Invoice, DO, PO, Etc)
• Etc Administrative
• To manage incoming correspondence
• Attend to customer
• Handling customers enquirers /phone calls & Handling quotations for Customers
• Provide admin support for everyday operations
• To establish and maintain orderly filing and documentation system.

Requirements:
• Proficient in MS Office and communication skills in written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and be a good team player
• Self-motivated, with initiative and able to work independently
• Need to have PR status or Singaporean
• Full Time Position

Monday - Friday 8.30am -6pm /Alternate Saturday off 8.30am -5pm
