The user acknowledges that the sole obligation of Sgadsonline.com is to display classified advertisements (Ad Displays), graphics, links and/or banner advertisements from Advertiser which conforms to the specifications set forth by sgadsonline.com. In this regard, the Advertiser agrees that (i) sgadsonline.com has the right to market, display, perform, transmit and promote the Ad Displays, and (ii) users of sgadsonline.com website have the right to access and use the Ad Displays and any content and/or services directly linked to the Ad Displays (the "Advertiser Web Content").

3. Advertiser understands that once this advertisement agreement is executed, there shall be no refunds or pro-ration of rates or payments if the Advertiser elects to discontinue display of Ad Displays prior to expiration of the advertising term. Notwithstanding the foregoing, sgadsonline.com may terminate this agreement if the Advertiser fails to pay any amount due hereunder and such nonpayment remains uncured for fourteen (14) days following notice to Advertiser of nonpayment.

4. Orders are accepted subject to the terms and provisions of the current advertising rates. Advertising rates set forth in the rate card are subject to change; any rate changes will apply to any additional advertising services requested by the Advertiser after such rate change. Currently the advertising on sgadsonline.com is FREE.

5. The use of our services, website, materials, contents and links herein is at your sole risk only and sgadsonline.com shall not be responsible for any loss or damage which results from the use or reliance or such services, business dealings, advertisements, promotions, views or opinions or any other materials, contents and information not otherwise stated. Any materials or contents downloaded, copied or otherwise obtained through the use of our services is done at your sole discretion and risk. You shall be responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download or copied materials from our website including any damages from computer viruses. Any changes are made periodically to the website, materials, contents and links may be made at any time without notice to you.

Under no circumstances shall sgadsonline.com be liable to the advertiser for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages (even if such damages are foreseeable, and whether or not sgadsonline.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages) arising from any aspect of the advertising relationship provided for herein. sgadsonline.com shall in no event be liable to advertiser for more than the total amount paid to sgadsonline.com by advertiser hereunder. sgadsonline.com makes no representations, and hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding sgadsonline.com's services or any portion thereof, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. without limiting the generality of the foregoing, sgadsonline.com specifically disclaims any warranty regarding (i) the number of persons who will access the ad displays and (ii) any benefit advertiser might obtain from including the ad displays within sgadsonline.com's web site.

8. Without prejudice to the other provisions of this Terms and Conditions, sgadsonline.com may refuse, suspend, terminate, delete or amend any artwork, materials, information or content of any data or information or posting, or refuse such data or information to be posted at this website if it is of the opinion and view that such posting is inappropriate for whatever reasons, to comply with the legal or moral obligations as placed on sgadsonline.com and to avoid infringing a third party rights or any other rules, standards or codes of practices that may be applicable to the posting or on this website or the internet.

Advertiser(s) hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore with any action arising under this Agreement. Advertiser(s) may not assign this Agreement, in whole or in part.
